What is the return policy?

My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, contact me and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?

Since my website and store is run entirely by me, I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How do I take care of my jewlery?

1. Avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, bath, or while sleeping to prevent damage and tarnishing.

2. Apply lotions, perfumes, and fragrances before putting on your jewelry to prevent chemical reactions.

3. Over time, metals may naturally tarnish due to oxygen and body oils.

4. To minimize tarnishing, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use.

5. Handle your pieces with care, avoiding drops or rough handling.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

I do craft all of my pieces with gold or silver-plated tarnish resistant wire. This unfortunately does not make it waterproof. With proper wear and care your piece can have a beautiful finish for years! (I am working towards making my pieces with sterling silver or gold filled wire hopefully in the near future!)

Policies

POLICY :Please allow 1-10 days for orders to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, items typically arrive within 1-5 business days depending on selected shipping option.

Love Lotus Artistry is not responsible for:•  Items not delivered due to incorrect customer shipping information (including wrong addresses).
•  Lost packages through USPS.

Before placing an order, please double-check your shipping information to ensure accuracy.

Return/Exchange Policy All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Missing Items If an item shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us. We'll do our best to resolve the issue, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Address Corrections Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, please email me immediately. If the item has already shipped, I cannot guarantee corrections or replacements.
